Revenue Sharing Program (RSP+)
Simply stated, the more you purchase through the Co-op the more we will return to you!
The RSP was carefully designed to increase member utilization of the Co-op and to “reward” its members for continued and increased use of our local buying group. Simply stated, the more you purchase through the Co-op the more we can return to you!
By offering the RSP+, our collective buying power increases, allowing us to continuously work for very competitive and exclusive ICC programs and benefits.
The formula created to determine how the RSP distributes money to the members was created blindly. It is entirely objective. The formula considers an office’s average monthly purchases as a percentage of the group’s monthly sales. Monies in your escrow account are also used to figure what is released back to you.
The I Care Co-op releases RSP+ monies earmarked to the participating members twice every year.

RSP checks are mailed in May and November of each calendar year.
