CXL: Corneal Crosslinking--A Paradigm Shift in the Diagnosis, Care & Treatment of the Keratoconus Patient (65414-AS, 2 hours)

Lecturer: Dr. Elliot Perlman

This course discusses new ideas regarding the etiology of keratoconus and ways to detect the disease in its early stages. The course also explains corneal crosslinking CXL, a recently FDA-approved in-office procedure to prevent irreversible visual loss in patients with keratoconus.
